Our Strategic Framework for Litchfield County Projects and Services

Below is our generalized process. No two properties in Litchfield County are the same. Whether you need high-priority drainage repairs on a commercial campus, historical masonry repairs, or a multi-phase luxury estate remodel, we adapt our process to your specific needs. We are equally equipped to design your vision from scratch or to bid and build from your existing architectural plans.

1.
Discovery & Consultation

We begin with a conversation to understand your specific intent—whether you are solving a structural failure, maintaining a facility, or creating a new outdoor space. We assess the property to determine the best next step, providing rough pricing and preliminary options to move the project forward efficiently.

2.
Planning & Value Engineering

This step may not pertain to simple services or maintenance. We establish a precise scope, fixed pricing, and a logistical construction plan. This is where we value-engineer the project to ensure you get the best structural result for your budget. This phase scales to your needs, focusing on engineering for complex builds or logistical efficiency for service and maintenance work.

3.
Professional Execution

Our thorough planning ensures a stress-free and efficient construction or service experience. We prioritize consistent communication and maintain a clean, organized site throughout the process. Our team respects your property, your project and daily operations, ensuring the plan comes to life without unnecessary disruption.

4.
Walk-Through & Stewardship

Once the project or service is complete, we perform a final walk-through to confirm every detail meets your expectations and the requirements set. If pertinent we provide the necessary maintenance and lifecycle information required to protect your investment, ensuring your new asset remains in peak condition for years to come.

FAQ's

What material is best for my patio?

The best material for your patio will be determined by a multitude of factors. Site requirements, design intentions, and budget are the three most important.  We recommend Unilock or Techo-Bloc pavers, granite, bluestone, flagstone and porcelain as great patio options here in CT.

What is the difference between a 3-season, 4-season and screened in space?

A screened-in porch or enclosed porch has features to block out bugs, wind, and sun.  An enclosed porch may also retain some heat when using a vinyl wall system, but not much at all.   Now, a 3-season room takes it a step further and provides a lightly insulated, fully enclosed space with its own heating and cooling system (usually something simple).  A 3-season space will feel much more finished, and more like a home addition than an exterior feature; however, it lacks the robust structure and insulation to be heated efficiently during the colder months.  If you want the ultimate level of refinement and usability, a 4-season addition (or sunroom) is what you're looking for.  A 4-season space is designed and built to be efficient and useful all year.

How do you ensure drainage installations are effective?

We assess your soil type, grade, existing utilities, surrounding water, and water tables to determine an appropriate solution for your drainage problem.  You will also receive an industry-leading warranty on your installation, which is further backed by our client for life approach to business.

Do you provide landscape and hardscape maintenance services?

We offer maintenance services on our installations.  Additionally, we provide hardscape maintenance and commercial landscape maintenance.
